Bicycle Board to tell statewide MPO planning conference what cyclists need and how to plan and design for it.
On October 27, 2010 the Morgantown Bicycle Board on behalf of Morgantown and Parkersburg and Charleston bicycle boards will present cyclists' needs and solutions to the 2010 Annual WVDOT/MPO/FHWA Planning Conference in Morgantown.
